- Spread the word. Indicate on the invitations where the parents-to-be are registered.
- But it's all so expensive! It's critical to include gift ideas that fit a variety of budgets.
- Gift-registry-giving is optional. Guests have every right to give any gift they choose. Registries should be used for suggestion only.
- Where to register. By registering at a national retailer, you're giving equal opportunity to each shower guest. However, by registering at a local boutique, you're keeping business in your community. Discuss and decide for yourself.
Most importantly, remember that a baby shower isn't about gifts! Relax and enjoy your shower without worrying about what gifts will be given.
