Directions:
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Add flavoring. Divide dough into parts, and add one or two drops of food coloring to each. Roll dough into a marble-sized ball and roll in granulated sugar. Press into mint mold and gently remove.
Recipe makes 125 party mints.
